The issue I have is if the printer has not been used for 10 or 15 min and you send a windows test page the machine cycles for a while then prints takes about 14 seconds if you send a page with in of a min or 2 the print will come out in about 7 seconds . If the machine sits for 3 minutes it will go threw the long warm up cycle again. there is a quick recovery mode that is turned on and the sleep timer only controls the display timer not the fuser tech support was not helpful at all was looking for a prescribe command that would leave the fuser on to be the same time as the sleep timer was to be programmed but they were not interested in that. any ideas please reply thank you
