[Jamming] kyocera ecosys p2135dn

help this printer is driving me crazy.it wll print a4 duplex no problem the customer uses a5 duplex to print booklets the most it will do without jamming is 3 pages
the jam occurs on side two before it enters the fuser.any ideas .
