Booklet Folder

Working on a 6550ci with a BF 730. when it folds on ledger paper it skews the paper which in turn does not fold straight. removed covers too look at the booklet folder in action, it comes in straight and when it folds its skewed. Ran adjustment from service modes. It got a little better but still not even. Has anyone else seen this happen? Called Kyo tech support and they have nothing in their database for this happening. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

when you push the booklet folder in there are two pins that the folder locks in on .open the booklet folder and bend them back bend them back (toward the machine)just a little bit .
