    Kyocera FS-C5350 colour alignment out

    Hi all

    i have an issue with an FS-C5350 where both magenta and cyan are out of alignment by around 10mm horizontally.

    I have reseated Devs drums and ITB, calibrated etc no difference...

    As the machine has two LSU's, one for both black and yellow and one for magenta and cyan, I am lead to suspect the magenta/cyan LSU...

    Any ideas?

      Did you try with color registration correction?

          Yes I have wrong colour correction and colour calibration numerous times with the same result.


          I have just been in today with a new laser unit, cyan and magenta developer units and main PWB none of which have made a difference.

              I just found out there is a special firmware for this problem that resets the alignment .......
