5550ci browser not connecting to the internet

I have been trying to load and configure cloud connect on a machine here in the shop, so that I can learn how to do this before doing it in a customers office. I kept getting a browser error, so I enabled the browser and tried to do a simple search and I am still having browser errors...has anyone had this issue before, and if so would you have a walk through.

Make sure you have good gateway and DNS settings on the copier.

I thought about that and double checked it this morning and for the funny thing I just turned on a 4550 and turned the browser on and it will search the internet...I was beginning to beileve it was our network

ok so it turned out that I didnt have the domain name and now it is connecting to the internet
