kyocera km-4050 Firmware

I'm in need of the latest kyocera km-4050 Firmware. I replaced a failed hard drive in our churches copier (not on a maintenance contract) and need to reload.
I found someone else with the firmware but they want $ to download it. Help?

HDD on that model is simply a storage device - no need to update f/w just because of hard drive failure / replacement.
