[Misc] Genuine toner not recognised

Hi all

Might be something that's already been on here, but have a few Kyocera Taskalpha 3501i that when you replace the toner ( Genuine ) it sometimes logs the toner as unknown toner in the event log. Going to look at one tomorrow to update to a later level of FW v05.06.0010. Has anyone else had this issue? read through a number of FW release history's and looked on extranet, but can find anything related to this.

try to hold and press CLEAR/STOP with OK simultaneously for about 3 sec and check out the result
