    KyoCapture / Autostore 5.0 SP3

    Hi,

    We have been using Kyocapture for many years without any issues, and then all of a sudden a user finishes scanning a batch of document and returns back to the copier to scan more to get the error FILE EXISTS on the copier display.

    We have spent several hours troubleshooting;

    - rebooted off the copier
    - Restarted the Autostore services
    - Reinstalled Kyocapture and SP3#
    - Tried connecting to another switch
    - Checked the store folders (Retry, Work, Temp, rejected) all folders are empty.
    - Deactivated the Kyocapture app on the copier and reactivated
    - Cannot see any recent Windows updates that could be causing this issue

    This happens for both "Send to Email" and "store to network folder".

    Do not believe this is network related, as the Copier is able to render the KyoCapture app and not complaining about connectivity.


    Inspected the logs, and cannot see any issues. Here is an extract of the log

    Any ideas what the issue could be?
