how to replace the middle roller on a fs-4020dn?

manual does not show how to remove the grey/white cap that is over the middle roller. The middle roller is under this cap. On the front side of the white cap is the bypass tray roller. The two middle paper rollers are 2.5 inches in diameter and about 1/2 wide. They are under a transparent plastic flap. Anyone got any video how these rollers come out?

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

I can see you're trying your best, but I have no idea which one you mean. We talk in terms of pick-up, primary, separation, registration rollers for the most part. Cap isn't a term I've heard in 10 plus years.

Can you take a picture or provide a part number?
