I have been working on this machine a couple of days. the first tech went out and found the middle roller (just below tray 2 exit) is not turning. He ordered feed pwb1 and middle roller guide assy. I installed though I was pretty sure not the problem. I went ahead and ordered the feed unit 2 assy and installed. No luck. At this point I was sure it was the middle roller clutch. I did not have on so I took one from my old feed drive. Still not working. I tried another clutch out of that assy and still no luck. I am thinking a sensor but cannot figure out which one signals the middle roller. Anyone any ideas?

Try swapping out the side door above tray three and see if the problem resolves. If the door isn't putting enough pressure on the paper as it feeds across the transport rollers it will jam.
