We have a taskalpha 620 that jams every time the paper leaves the fuser. It reaches the feedshift roller and stops every time. The little white pulleys that get gummy and seize up and normally cause issues like this are spinning freely.
It appears that there is no drive to the feedshift roller due to a problem with two gears that mesh together(see pic).The big white gear meshes with a smaller white gear under the black drive belt. It appears that two small plastic tabs have broken off and the gears now spin independently. Can anyone shine some light on the part numbers for those 2 gears? The illustrations in the parts manual are so vague it is hard to distinguish which ones we need to order. I'm thinking it might be #302FB21310 GEAR FEED SHIFT and #2AC21650 PULLEY 22,FEED SHIFT
