Need help with a CS-6030 with an error C0970

C0970 Cleaning unit EEPROM error

Poor contact in the
connector terminals.
Check the connection of connector YC5 on
the engine PWB and the cleaning unit, and
the continuity across the connector terminals.
Repair or replace if necessary.
Defective engine
PWB.
Replace the engine PWB.
Defective cleaning
unit.

Replace the cleaning unit (see page 1-6-66).

try removing the cleaning unit there may be some toner build up causing the cleaning unit to lock up also check the conecter before replacing the unit. The only time i've ever had to replace one isfor a PM but i have had to vaccum out a few before. the auger may be broken check for that as well
