    [Misc] Kyocera fs-6025mfp

    Hello everyone.....
    My machine show toner issue even i replace new catridge.

    Error on screen show...
    Replace the toner container to our specified toner container.
    See the leaflet supplied with the toner container or operation guide for details..
    Plz if anyone have idea give me solution suggestion....

    I have seen this, the toner container is not installed properly.

      Hmm... thanks for reply.
      But i exchange same toner with other machine and it work perfectly...
      Is any sensor or switch made issue for this kind if message??

          Yes sure.
          First i update firmware issue not resolve.
          Then replace engine board and machine work fone.

            I encountered a couple of times this problem due to a sensor inside the drive unit

            First of all goto maintenance mode run item U150 and confirm both 'container set' and 'container sensor' working properly by removing and installing toner container..If it is OK then,there is a sensor inside the toner bottle drive unit..It's little bit difficult to find it..
