Copystar CS 2550 New Style fuser unit

Ive been going crazy working on a CS 2550 with ghosting, due to toner sticking to heat roller. Apparently there is a new style upper roller ( brown) that along with new firmware corrects the problem. Can anyone help me with a part number or a supplier that I can buy the new style fuser? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

the updated fuser assy number is 302FT93029, but the heat roller it self is discontinued from Kyocera.....but even with the new fuser and latest firmware, clean optics, and electrical tape covering all openings in the optic pan. I still had this issue and never have figured out the cause

Are you using Kyocera toner or a compatible toner? With a compatible toner you need to reduce the fuser temperatures by at least five degrees across the board. Apparently the compatible toners need less heat otherwise they cause a build up of toner on the rollers and will cause ghosting. Hope this helps.
