[Error Code] Kyocera taskalfa 1800

Hello friends..I got a machine with error code F000 and some times it showing code 3500...I checked all the contacts.my question is can the main/engine pwb be the culprit..Or any other solution

Communication error between Main/Engine PWB and Operation PWB


- Check that the wirings and connetors between the main/engine PWB and the operation PWB are normal.
- Check that the DIMM memories in the main/engine PWB are well conducted and, if not, replace.
- Execute U021 to initialize memory.

But I couldn't find any DIMM memories in the main/engine pwb..
