There are no accessories needed. You can set the machine to email meter reports on a schedule, you can use Kyocera Fleet Services (KFS) to remotely view counters, KM Net Viewer works if you're on the same network as the copier. What specifically are you wanting to do under what circumstances?

          couple of options :

          1. make sure the machine is set to be able to scan to email, then go to the notifications section of Command Center and set one of the email recipients to your email address and turn on counter notifications.

          2. If your customer isn't using scan to email and you don't want to set your own SMTP info into the machine enter, /svcmntrpt after the IP address of the copier into the address bar of your browser. This will get you into an area of the machine where you can use your smtp info to send reports using your own mail server without the customer being able to use it to scan.
