        That looks better on the print, now just give the optical section some good cleaning 1st and than we can point you to some standard adjustments.

          All new CCD unit. All glass cleaned and inspected. All connections checked.

            Sorry, i missed that info. When replacing ccd, you need 2 specific and not so cheap charts to do Color calibration of the scanner (U425) and Auto scanner adjustment (U411). One chart is for the DP (part number: 303LJ57010) and the other is for the platen glass (part number: 302FZ56990).

              Have them. Performed all adjustments properly. I just feel like this is something simple we are missing. (Only other option is replacing PWB's at this point.)
