check the white rollers under the transfer area in the right door. If when you push on them you feel a click the holder is broken. 302K908251 is the part number

You can also do an electrical tape wrap as a low-cost field mod, I haven't had any repeat issues. you will usually see a skew in your printed image associated with this part being broken.
