Facing error code 3100 intermittently on new Kyocera 3010i MFP
Any suggestion pls?

You missed one of the 1st steps in setting up any brand new TASKalfa machine. You need to unlock the scanner assembly so it could move. While machine is off, lift up the DP (or platen cover if present) and you will see 2 cut plastic pieces left to the slit glass. Take them out, turn them by 180 degrees and snap them back in.
