    620 feedback

A customer called and is wanting to have their 620i copier assessed and evaluated and wanting to know what it's worth. Personally, I'm not too familiar with these machines, I'm certified on the 3500/6500i to current models and am wanting to get rid of these older 520 and 620s from the field.

Just looking for some feedback on maintenance and performance issues to look out for if they decide to keep it long term.

I think its got 300K on it. And their volume is super minimal, less than 3K/mo.... maybe prob less than that.

    Thanks!

You do not want to put it under a maintenance agreement. Tell them you will work on it on a per call basis. They were a good machine but they had there issues.

Pay attention to the fuser gears and drivepack. they will make a bit of noise as they wear themselves out.
If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...

Good Luck ... You'll need it! HAHAHA!
