I have a ecosys 6535cidn that when printing from the main tray (making copies or printing from the network.) will pause after 2 or 3 pages exit the machine. It continues to spool as if it were re calibrating or adding toner but no message states that is what it is doing. It will come out of the multi purpose tray fine. It never jams. I have checked the sensors they all seem fine. I have tried a new feed drive assembly, kyocera suggested a main board that did not help. Ive tried a new black dv as it happens with both color and black and white. Ive tried the fuser even. Any suggestions on this would be very appreciated.

the dead giveaway is that it will feed from mp tray fine, remove the feed roller ass'y and look for the spring that holds tension on the pick up roller if its missing that's your issue #302LV06040 (spring pick up) the weight of the roller ass'y is not enough to get the paper to the registration gate ass'y hence the pause.
