Hi Everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

How is the door unlocked for the toner on the latest series of TASKalfas. I have a copier that intermittently won't release the empty cartridge and I have to shut it off several times. Thanks!

The new machines won't release the door until the bottle is empty. If it's just the "replace soon" message, it's not empty yet. This can be turned off in maintenance mode.
