What are others charging customers these days for leasing b/w and color per copy ?

I am looking at upgrading some of my leasing customers and putting in some new lease clients as well.

For everything included but paper, what is normal charges these days for like 45cpm loaded color machines?

What terms, base rates, b/w & color cost per copy have you seen or used as the going rate lately for lease equipment ?
