5500i Tray 4 jamming 1504

Got a machine with tray 3,4 option (PF-730) jamming rather consistently with J1504 non arrival jam at the PCS (paper convey sensor). Only from tray 4 both directions.

Found a bulletin from year 2013 about new style actuator that triggers the PCS, this part is on order but I am not convinced because it only occurs from tray 4.

Rollers have been replaced.

I have several parts on order (tray 4 feed unit, vertical feed clutch, bulletin parts and feed motor unit) but if someone has seen this before it may be something out-of-the-box I need to know

had a similar issue long ago which gave me a big headache for a while, found out that the clutch Kyocera uses has metal shims and with time they rust and stop working making the paper no reaching the sensors on time. you can take them apart and clean/sand them but i recommend to replace them.
