[Error Code] c 6000 on fs 6525 copier

Hi Guys

I have a fs 6525 with error code c 6000 and when i input sim 163 for a reset it jumps to another sim mode i think 169. its like sim 163 does not exist

i would really appreciate your input

sim 163 has been removed and it will auto reset with a power cycle unless the fuser is shot

Have you checked the thermostat?
