TASKalfa 3552ci - Tier percentages /

Just wondering how and where do you set the Tier percentages? We are setting up a Kyocera TASKalfa 3552ci and was wondering how to set this up. I have looked and have not found anywhere in the manual to set this. Is it done thru KFS? How do you do this? First time I have been asked to do is and could use some guidance.

Ok just found where to change this. Now how do I make Level 1 - 1% - 5%, Level 2 - 6% - 10%, Level 3 anything over those amounts.

So if I am reading the manual right for Level 1 to do 1% - 5%, it needs to be set to 1.7. And for Level 2 to do 6% - 10%, it needs to be set to 3.3.

Is that correct?
