M2035 Blank Copies through DP and on Glass

Blank pages are printing when copying on the glass and from Document Processor. Internal printing is fine (status pages, maintenance reports...).

We brought this machine in for varying lead edge issues and were adjusting lead edge timing and all of a sudden the copies are blank .

    The exposure lamp turns on.
    Current Combined Firmware is uploaded.
USB thumb drive file printing is fine.
Scanning to USB thumb drive shows all black document.

If internal reports are printing fine you have gotten the scanner values way out of wack. Have you done a sim 21 to restore the unit to the default values. That is where I would start as you seen to have gotten the scan values so out of wack the unit cannot see the beginning of the scan page.

Thanks for the tip. I'll definetely restore the values. I also found auto adjustments on U411 but waiting for the test charts to come in first. Thanks again!

          Hi
We are having this exact issue on the M2535DN, can you tell me what your solution was?
Engineer has tried U021 and U002, but the issue persists.
          Thanks

Yeah definitely off. The scanner moves freely.

it must be a similar cause as Buzz, because the the drive assy was getting changed before the issue. Checked and reseated all the connections.
