[Error Code] Taskalfa 3252ci. Cf46f error

Brand new machine. There have been 2 instances of this code. Once when printing from Publisher and once from Excel. Just did a firmware update. Any other morsels of wisdom to be had?

The 46X codes relate to a bad print stream being fed to the printer. Since you say that this is a new machine and that you have updated the firmware, have you updated the print driver? Is this occurring from only one computer or is it from multiple machines? Also, were the files you are attempting to print originally setup to print to a different printer? Publisher and Excel store the printer settings per file, so your fix may be as easy as opening the offending file, setting it to print to the 3252ci with the options [duplexing, etc.] and then saving it [before printing]. If the error code continues, you will need to do a data capture of the print job and send it to Kyocera to asses what is causing the code. Hope this helps.
