    FS-C5350 going through drums

    Having a problem with Kyocera FS-C5350 background on the prints. Replacing drums makes it go away for a few days then same problem comes back. Customer has a few of these printers and they are all doing this with all drums. Full maintenance kits have been put in but nothing other than replacing the drums has an impact on the problem.

    May be an environmental problem or temperature? Firmware needs to be done but other than that has anyone seen this type of recurring problem?

      what toner are you using?
      a full cleaning done?

          I will double check the toner but it should be genuine as the printers are on a service contract that covers toner. Will check to make sure fans are running and not clogged. The machines overall have been kept clean.

                  I do 3rd party repairs for about 5 national companies... and MOST are not using OEM toners in printers or copiers.
