EU may be different..... Heres the bulletin for it. Not sure how to attach a link for the firmware, because your in the EU and the file is too big to attach.

FTP or URL? Firmware will work all round. If it doesn't... I will let you know that it was an expensive experiment!!!

Do you know if this sorts out the problem with Equitrac, when you leave the machine over night and it goes into a deep sleep, then when you start it up in the morning, the panel just says "preparing" and it try's to communicate with the server, but the machine just hangs.

Press the status key then enter "10871087" using the numeric keys..........maintenance mode is entered
reset fuser error enter 163
you can print maintenance list using 000
enter 001 to exit maintenance mode
