DP-7110 retard pulley cover

Trouble with DP-7110 separation guide coming apart during operation.

I first tried pressing them to affix the tape and pad more firmly.

Is anyone else having these come apart even after replacing them? Bulletin attached.

I've thought about gluing them down.

we've seen many of them fail, usually soon after setup, we just replace it at setup if they seem suspect in any way.
