Kyocera 4500i receive fax only from bypass

For the life of me, I remember there being a thread about this, just cant find it. Machine only get fax's when paper is in bypass, otherwise, will just beep and not print anything, did replace paper cassette's, check settings and changed them to other paper sizes, still same. ??? Any suggestions, solutions? Thanks.

Is cassette 1 set for auto-size detection?

Have you selected any specific media type for fax output?

System menu- common settings-paper settings-set cassette 1 to Auto(inch).
