I have a machine I installed new about 4 months ago and it decides on it's own to start copying 8.5 x 11 size print onto a 8.5 x 14 paper. when all the paper size settings are correct. I went today to look at it and the first legal size I did printed only the 8.5 x 11 portion. Then I cleaned the machine up tried it again and poof it copied the whole 8.5 x 14... ugh... The don't print 8.5 x 14 just copy... any ideas would be very helpful....

Re: Kyocera 306ci Copying 8.5 x 11 size onto legal paper
The 306 is the low-rent model in this engine line. Things to keep in mind are that this uses the lowest quality DP unit and therefore the paper detection sensors may be cheaper. You can set up a program for copying lgl size, or simply a shortcut to the original size setting. Either of these would give the customer seamless lgl copying functionality.
Hope this helps! If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...
Good Luck ... You'll need it! HAHAHA!
