TaskAlfa 4820W Charger Error / Not taking the firmware

The machine is showing a charger error 0031 (image corona output detection signal (IM_LD) continues to be "L" for one second or longer when the image corona is on. Reseat the charge corona and verified connectors on boards were good.


Also tried flashing firmware and it appeared to take it but when the machine was restarted the firmware version is showing n/a.

I see this is an old post. But I have a machine like this and it says charging error. Any ideas where to start. Charge corona?
