It is possible the machine has not correctly performed the initial 'Run Up' which adds toner to the Developer box.
Please run the simulation to add toner to the dev box or run a stack of copies throught the machine and it should get better.
** It would be more likely that the image would be visible on the front frame side of the machine first- not the rear(as this is where the toner is added first)
Please confirm the cassette is correctly configured to the orientation and size of the paper loaded in that tray.
If this doesn't work, check to make sure the laser glass is clean.Comment
