hello everyone we have error code C2000 in kyocera M2030n pls any idea

C2000 codes refer to the main motor. Take off the panel and check it is turning.

first time he turning on ..and he stooped there and affiched this error code ...l making 10871087 and 21 ..but nothing .

Is this the old 2030? I think this is the model that the door switch needs adjusted. The side door towards the back.

thank you my friend for your assistance ..l found my solution ..cause l replace this motor ..and all is good .
