[Jamming] Km5050 jam 21-bypass a3 copying

Dear All,
We are also getting the jam Code 21 while only copying or printing from bypass A3 size.

A3 is woriking fine from cassettes and alos A4 is working fine from the bypass.

Kindly suggest possible solution.

Is bypass set manually to A4 ?

Nop.its on auto.Also check by A3 set as default from bypass

And when you set manually bypass settings as A3 and plain paper what happens?
