Taskalfa 5500i dirty copy on drum unit

Hi everyone!
taskalfa 5500i dirty copy.
every 300 copies made dirty copies will occur.
i always clean drum assembly unit but still after several copies made problem exist.
please help me to solve this issue.

Seems like drym blade failure.
Is the Dev unit & ducts clean and the filters and the transfer belt and the charge roller?

Once all clean have you tried calibrations?

Yes done cleaning I used smooth piece of cloth to wipe the transfer belt.
where is the ducts u mean?

When you take the back cover off there is big black box. 2 screws and it comes off.Clean inside the box + filters, bet is loaded with toner. Also to the left there is on clips cover to take off and vac out with Dev unit in. Then removed Dev unit and clean around. Then clean charge roller and check drum blade.

To remove transfer belt you undo the rear door cover X3 screws and 2x screws on white clips on each side of bel. 1 connector unclip wires and belt assume comes off. Clean the area behind belt on doorside and belt side chassis. Check ground spring connection on RH door.

Also since at it remove fuser and clean under it on top of cmachine chassis.

If the cleanup and calibrations don't work then replace the drum.

Great! Now your machine is clean slide in New drum unit! A do calibrations!

Ther waste auger inside the drum seems to be plugged or broken, waste is packed under the blade.
remove blade, vacuum debris, check auger isn't broken. shake/bump to loosen debris.
check blade edge isn't damaged.
Maybe this drum can be salvaged with this method, or maybe you need a new drum.

Maybe it's a lurking suspicion but could it be the case that you are using For Use Toner for this machine which is equipped with a dual component developing system ?
