    Have you tried developer refresh clean optics and did calibrations?

          What else have you tried? This may help keep helpful people from guessing what it may be after you've already tried something. Have you inspected the hex mirror on the laser unit? sometimes that will build up a haze that will progressively worsen your PQ. WHat does the image look like on the drum? If its complete and solid, its likely in your transfer section, if its incomplete then laser or drum/dv.

          Try to be more thorough with your help requests, specifics can keep people from wasting time and effort.
          If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...

            the copier is new, just installed.
            I tried replacing the drum unit, the developer unit and I cleaned the laser, but I have the same problem

                How does the developed image look on the drum? Try a half self test to see... this will determine when the issue is happening.
