    KM-2050 Duplex

    when i want to use duplex it says somthing about "cannot combine"
    If I then swith the machine off and on, it works fine... for a while...

    Customer keeps calling for this problem???
    What can it be?

    It is a user error, or else known as an ID10T code.

    The setting that your client is trying to do, is more than duplex...ie the page size or something that is out of proportion that the machine says you cannot do.

    They should check the user manual.

      What can it be?

      Make sure the firmware is up to date and it that doesn't correct the issue then I would agree with Termacadon's post. "Cannot Combine" errors generally occour when trying to do things the machine can't do. Booklet mode, duplex, staple position, paper size, exit tray, Etc.
