TA520i/DF780???

Good day fellow Techs.. I have an issue with a finisher DF780. Displays a message Tray A not functioning due to staple failure..
Service manual has no reference to this display message. Finisher works fine except for Tray A and Stapler of course.
Looked for the obvious jams etc. Anyone have a clue what the problem could be and what I can do to clear the display message.

Yeah normally a MM906 resets the error and it should work if no underlying issues. if anything it will cause the finisher to initialise and if there is a problem you should quickly pinpoint were it is.
