300i sorter error c8440 help

Hi folks..
Ive come accross this error on taskalfa 300i series. for now I unplugged sorter..any ideas..?
sounds like a sensor, but any help appreciated..thanks ..

Hey, you can try 906 command within service mode menu - to reset all peripheral errors - just to start. If that not helps you - go through service manual steps.
