    kyocera FS-6525MFP cassette1 failure . new proplem

    when i open cassette 1 its stuck hard to bull out after a while i take it out and i saw this

    and i fix back and when i insert tray 1 again i heard sound so lowed and back again like in the photo

    the normal way like this

    I have had instance were the tray would keep lifting due to the pick up assym not detecting when tray hits the sensor. If the copier has 2 trays try swapping the pick up assym and see if it makes a difference. If it locks up in an error state then you need to go to system menus and reset code, from memory these copiers don't have the u906

          Dear Mohammed
          Press Service menu button and press drop down button on the Touch panel..Select Service settings . Input login no.2500 and password 2500 using numeric keys.
          then select reset cassette failure and click enter key. Then switch OFF the machine and then ON.
          Then cassette error code issue will be resolved.

                  had a lot of problems with these either overlifting the paper, or incorrectly saying how much paper left, most have been sorted by replacing the paper sensor flag (white) and the pcb with the sensor on it
                  Wish they just go back to spring loaded cassettes on these small machines, its too complicated for what it does
