[Misc] Kyocera 306ci # of copies not defaulting back to 0 after a period of time

This Kyocera 306ci is set to default to the copy screen but the customer is complaining that it will not default to 1 or 0 after a period of time. I've been looking trough the owners manual and haven't figured it out yet. She is also having problems that her faxes are going to her computer but not printing out on the copier. They have an IT guy and I think he makes changes accidentally and then the customer calls me to fix it. I'm not a good IT guy. If someone could point me in the right direction I sure would appreciate it... Thanks so much...

For the faxes, fax forwarding is turned on and set to not print "reception" locally.

Setup and Registration (System Menu) > System Menu

Auto Panel Reset If no jobs are run for a certain period of time, automatically reset settings and return to the
default setting. Select to use Auto Panel Reset or not.
      Value: Off, On
      NOTE
The time allowed to elapse before the panel is reset is set with the following:
      Panel Reset Timer (page 8-40)
Panel Reset Timer If you select [On] for Auto Panel Reset, set the amount of time to wait before Auto Panel Reset.
Value: 5 to 495 seconds (in 5 second increments)
      NOTE
This function is displayed when [Auto Panel Reset] is set to [On].
