Bypass Non-Genuine Toner message for M2535dn?

Hi, we have a customer using 3rd party toner, every time they turn on the machine they have to hold down stop and ok for 3 seconds to clear the message. Is there any way to turn off this message permanently?

    Thanks!

No! The customer has to use OEM toner or a compatible with the correct RFID chip!

If you put the printer in sleep mode instead off, everything will be fine.

No, why make it easier for them to make your job harder? Sell them some OEM toner.

Thanks everyone, I was pretty sure there was no way to bypass it. It isn't my call to decide on OEM vs. generic toner. I just have to play with the cards I'm dealt. Have a great weekend.

That message has nothing to do with this device or the toner powder quality. It's all bout the rfid chip. If you can get some and hire a person to swap them, you're all good
