[Error Code] UTAX P-C3065 equivalent Kyocera model?

hello all,
i have 3 UTAX P-C3065 (FW dated: 2016.10.03) which are hanging and dropping off the network when trying to scan to email or folder.
Ive read that this was a problem on some kyocera models and was fixed with a firmware update.

can anyone tell me the kyocera equivalent model to the utax above, so i can download the correct firmware please?

Looks like a C2126 series machine.

Make sure to unplug the network cable and ping the device to rule out IP conflicts. Those symptoms are very much like an IP conflict.

I have also had to take devices off of auto detect network speed and set them to 10Mbps full duplex when dealing with an old network drop.

The equivalent Kyocera model to the UTAX P-C3065, is the M6530cdn.
