TA 4551ci Printing double prints of single print request random

Have a TA 4551ci that at random times print two of the same print job after only one copy selected from driver options, windows 10 PC.

Any suggestions appreciated.

have you tried different print drivers? ( what one is installed now?) check the file itself to make sure 2 isn't set for the quantity

Using KX 7.3 latest release driver, only thing I can think of is that it migh be the fact that this happens when printing from windows remote desktop and then printing using the redirect driver. Printing directly can not be ruled out yet because the issue is very random and of course when the tech is on site testing the problem will not show its face.
