What is best B&W desktop Kyocera Copystar these days ?

Which small black & white desktop Kyocera Copystar units would one recommend ?

Is the M2640idw a decent box with the new 4.3" touch screen ?

Also looking for decent rich black copy tone...

We gravitate to the M2540dw, lower initial cost and still excellent copy quality. We have about one hundred of these units in the field and they have performed very well, much better than their predecessor model. The only caveat is that we have had three units at the 50-60K range, have the fuser pressure release mechanism fail resulting in black splotches across the page, typically about three quarters down the page. Since they are still under warranty it is not an issue and replacing the fuser is a ten minute job on this unit. With increased paper feed reliability, less drum issues and the dual scan capability, it is our unit of choice at this point.
