Blind display panel

Hi
Please what can I do if taskalfa 3050ci display panel is blinded, when the main switch power is on, but the motors inside the copier Is rotating, exposure lamp is flashing, but the display panel is dead. Your help will be highly appreciate

does the machine function? What I mean is - can you make a copy or print to it? The display inverter may be bad but the display may still be working- just not visible.

Thanks kig for your respond, it can not make copy or print because the display panel is dead moreover please where can I locate the display inverter?

looks like it is all part of the display panel. Could be more to it than just the inverter if unable to at least print. Start with display and go from there. Sorry if not much help.

fit a new code dimm and update firmware

Replace the following 302GR45051 tablet, (6) 3926505310 sponges, 1) 302GR94182 dim and update firmware

it should still print even with a bad display . Can it not print a print job ?

Thanks for your concern. The copier is not printing, rather the computer will show error in printing after sending

I have a couple of similar issues with the black and white 35,45,5500 series. Replacing the main
board fixed my issue

Still on it, thanks a lot scottb,replacing of the main board fixed my issue actually. But what can we do to stop this very serious problem because almost ten(10) of this copiers packed just because of this particular problem. I am pleasing everyone in this forum to help us if knows. Your contribution will be highly appreciate

replace the MAIN PWB. I believe there is a bulletin for that too.
