Hello

I accidentally press the u411 with out the test chart and the copies is
blank but if you try to print its fine and also apply factory reset but no lock
is there any solution for this? Because i have no chart

Normally if the chart is not there the unit would throw an error code for the settings. When you say you reset to factory defaults did you use sim 021 or 002. Only sim 002 completely resets the machine to the factory defaults and should restore the default scanning settings and the ability to make a copy. While sim 021 resets many of the settings it also retains a number current settings. Run sim 002 and let us know how that works out.

Hello Sir thanks for the reply,but i allready apply sim U002 two times,but no effect,but the print its ok, only in copies are the problem

I respectfully disagree...You have the sim backwards... Sim 2 just resets the setting within the system menu and get the copier ready for transport. Sim 021 resets MACHINE settings to factory default. But remember , after 21 all adjustments machine adjustments are at default .

And DP its blank copy

I guess maybe i am wrong i need the exact value To input using U425?
